Day 2....

Well, today was pretty decent.  I was exhausted from little sleep Friday and Saturday nights and ended up taking a really long nap after church.  I'm hoping that was just catching me up and I'll still be able to sleep tonight.  I had a blueberry muffin shake for breakfast, plenty of protein but have been drinking a lot of Dr. Pepper today.  I think it's just because it's THERE...I don't usually have it in the house so as soon as it's gone...I won't buy more.  Went to the gym for about 10 minutes...at least I got out of the house and went.  That's the hard part for me, I had a REALLY bad headache that I thought I could forget about once I started working out but it only got worse....

I'm putting an Herbalife order in this week so I'll be reviewing those here in my blog to see what changes I notice in my energy level, headaches, fatigue.  Tomorrow will be 7 days without medication and I'm starting to feel a little better, I can already see a positive change in the color of my skin and less puffiness in my face.

Day 1

I went to Kansas City Herbalife conference today and it was pretty motivating.  I decided I would start blogging and share with a few people as I try and get back to feeling like a healthy 28 year old rather than how I feel now....which is like a middle aged frumpy mother and housewife.  I have no energy, going to Kansas City today was exhausting.  These people had more energy than I can imagine and I was amazed at how their skin glowed...you could see the healthiness just from that glow.  This first little post will be short, I told myself I would do this so I couldn't skip out on the first night!
